I recently had an emergency water issue at our house related to a broken water softener part. Although it was not a Culligan part, Phil was more than willing to help not only with repair advice, but also by offering up any parts he had that might work.

I am a 30+ years Culligan customer and I would like to commend Jon Gabhart. I have had service work done by Jon (works out of the New Albany, Indiana Culligan location) in the past and recently Jon helped me with a spool seal replacement on my Culligan Medalist water softener. Jon’s conduct and help both in my home and over the phone has always been of the highest caliber. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing and truly demonstrates by his actions, that customer service is his top priority.
